用户的权利与义务

Rights and obligations of users.

用户在派探探内享有的服务内容由派探探根据实际提供，并有权不时进行增加、删除、修改、或调整。

The service content enjoyed by the user in the dispatch probe shall be provided by the dispatch probe according to the actual situation, and shall have the right to add, delete, modify or adjust from time to time.

使用派探探时产生的通讯流量费用、上网费用由用户自行承担。

The cost of communication traffic and Internet access generated by the use of snooping shall be borne by the users themselves.

派探探有权根据实际情况暂时封停或永久查封账号

Send probing has the right to temporarily close or permanently close the account according to the actual situation.

派探探有权随时对派探探提供的服务内容等进行调整，包括但不限于增加、删除、修改派探探服务内容，一旦派探探的服务内容发生增加、删除、修改，派探探将在相关页面上进行提示；如果用户不同意相关变更和修改，可以取消已经获取的服务并停止使用；

Dispatch probe has the right to adjust the service content provided by dispatch probe at any time, including but not limited to adding, deleting or modifying the service content. Once the service content of dispatch probe is added, deleted or modified, dispatch probe will prompt on the relevant page; if the user does not agree with the relevant changes and modifications, you can cancel the acquired service and stop using it.

如果用户继续使用派探探提供的服务，则视为用户已经接受全部变更、修改。

If the user continues to use the services provided by dispatch probe, it is deemed that the user has accepted all changes and modifications.

除非另有明确约定，否则用户使用派探探内新增的服务内容将同样受本协议各项条款的约束。

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the new service content in the user's use of Discovery will also be subject to the terms of this Agreement.

派探探禁止以任何形式违法平台规定，一经查明，派探探将采取包括但不限于封号、封禁IP、追究相关责任人法律责任的处理措施。

Dispatch probe forbids violating the regulations of the platform in any form, and once it is found out, dispatch probe will take measures including but not limited to sealing the name, banning IP, and pursuing the legal liability of the relevant responsible persons.
